Devi Singh has produced more than 30 films in the past 10 years and has acted as a senior executive on numerous domestic and international productions. She is an MBA graduate of Simon Fraser University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from UBC. Prior to launching STARFALL MEDIA, Devi was the Vice President of Production for one of Canada's busiest production studios and oversaw the development, financing, and production of an average of 10 films a year. She has been involved in an array of development and financing scenarios, including single-picture deals, studio slates and international co-productions.
Devi’s credits include feature films such as POUND OF FLESH (Jean-Claude Van Damme), HARD DRIVE (John Cusack, Thomas Jane), WAY OF THE WICKED (Christian Slater, Vinnie Jones), SUDDENLY (Ray Liotta), HOME INVASION (Jason Patric, Scott Adkins, Natasha Henstridge) and BATTLE IN SEATTLE (Woody Harrelson, Charlize Theron). Devi has executive produced multiple films for broadcasters such as SYFY Channel, Lifetime Network, UPTV, Starz, ION Television, and Corus. Devi also co-wrote the features, WHERE’S MY BABY (Nicole de Boer) and GET OUT ALIVE (Beverly Mitchell). Most recently, in 2016, Devi was a Consulting Producer on Malcom Carter’s feature documentary, THE CONNECTED UNIVERSE.

Shevon Singh is a talented professional writer. Prior to joining STARFALL as Head of Development, she worked on shows such as OUTtv’s “THE SWITCH,” Syfy’s “VAN HELSING” with Neil Labute and Simon Barry, and most recently, “REBOOT: THE GUARDIAN CODE.” She also has experience writing MOWs and has contributed to comic anthologies such as Cloudscapes’s MEGA FAUNA and the award-winning EPIC CANADIANA II.
As STARFALL's Head of Development, Shevon spearheads the development of content for both film and television. She is key in creating unique content and has a strength for identifying new and intriguing material and writers. She also serves as a Creative Producer and collaborates with STARFALL writers to finesse scripts and develop compelling story content.
As an alumni of the Writers Guild of Canada Bell Diverse Screenwriter’s Program, Shevon has built an extensive network of writers and directors. Shevon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UBC. When she isn’t spearheading development, Shevon works at a non-profit organization helping Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
